Fallout 3 D-Percentile

Well, just started playing Fallout 3, and I like it! So I decided to
make a pnp version. I'm using the same numeric values from the game and
all so it'll be just like playing the damn thing. I've got hold of a
good character editor to that will go pefrect with this once it's done.
Stay tunned.
So far:
- Skill point calculations and balancing.
- 2-5 (MAX) person game. 5 is pushing it with the outcome of the skill point calculations.
- Online character genarater.
Whats left?
- VATS Rules and mechanics.
- D-Percentile + SKILL = ? (Simply figuring out how much you'll get to add to the roll for your skill points.)
- Character and NPC Interactions: Basically, how much Barter till I get better deals, or how much Speech till I get better options.

You might want to look around
You might want to look around the 'net, I think there are some existing adaptations of that system to PnP. In fact, there were a few Fallout PnP games on here a long time ago (several years).
If I were going to run something in the Fallout world, I'd probably use GURPS (Fallout 1 was initially going to use this for the system but they ended up creating SPECIAL instead). The Fallout system's just too video-gamey, I think. GURPS is not that easy to learn though.

Thanks! I'll take a look
Thanks! I'll take a look around and see how the others look. Feel free to post links to ones you might have laying around. And I'm focusing on SPECIAL since my goal is to make it as close to the game as possible. But I'll check GURPS out, it may give me some ideas. Usually when I make adaptations though I keep them as close to the source as possible. Thanks for the heads up mate.
